Hi, would this satellite be equipped to receive a sky TV subscription? I'm thinking of changing an old degraded dish satellite for a better one? Thanks.

@frankly: Hi, I have never had Sky myself, but it is on Astra 2E/2F/2G and the required minimum dish size for reception in Ireland is rather small. The built-in lnb has the frequencies Sky use. So it seems his flat "dish" could do Sky no problem.

@frankly: However, my honest advice would be: if you can fit a standard dish, then just do it, it is much more cost effective and you can use your existing lnb.
This flat one is not bad but it won't beat a standard dish.
It's suited where standard dish cannot be used e.g. in an apartment.
