It is Tommy. I paid 280 for the battery last week but if you take both, you can have them for 450. Thats cheap as i can go
It only does 22kmh so as far as i know you dont need a licence. I've never been stopped anyway. I think the range with the new battery is 50k but i'm not sure. The new battery has a longer range. I was only doing short runs of 2 miles each day.
Tell ya what, give me 400 and shes yours. Only because i know it will cost a small bit more to get it back on the road and its taking up room in my workshop
You plug in the battery to a charger. I have a new battery and charger for the bike, but it still will need a new controller to work
I've been told that they can be bought on amazon. €30-40. The battery is the most expensive part. The controller is supposed to be easy to change, but i know nothing about these things
