Handle are not snapped.
They're working perfectly, however if you look at the photos and see at the end of the stem/neck, there is a break at the weld.
It just needs to be clamped or tightened.
Hence the price.

Offers have been too low when I could of sold for 80 for it on here to offers but I was in hospital and couldn't accept.
The Scooter is working perfect though.
It just needs a bolt at the rim of the neck and a cleaning up is all.
A charge up & polish and it will be flying
