This is a 1959 Höfner Senator, an iconic vintage German archtop from the golden era of Höfner production. The Senator was one of Höfner’s best-known archtop models of the period, and the electric version was introduced in the late 1950s.

The guitar is in good overall condition for its age, with some small age-related marks and signs of wear, but nothing that takes away from what is a really beautiful and characterful vintage instrument.
