The shed measurement 12 x 10ft:
The floor of the shed is separate, I had to buy it separately, and priced at €439 ex vat, the shed is in perfect condition, I covered the floor before shed was ever used.
If you are buying the shed, you will need help to dismantle and a van to transport it.
The shed can be dismantled easily it was assembled in panels piece by piece. Each panel has a plastic protective seal on them to protect during transport. When the shed was delivered and assembled by “Sheds Direct”, I had a choice to remove this. The shed is well kept and looked after properly, it’s like new.

Such as: a large work bench plus two sets of 5 tier shelving units.

Person buying, must arrange to dismantling on site and will need assistance plus a van large enough for transporting the shed.

138ins = 11ft 6ins long ie. from front to back.
121ins. = 10ft wide ie. from each side width

I’m selling the shed with the base. I had to buy the base as a separate add on. please see photos showing the total cost of the shed with the base, so my asking price is very good value.
Hi I’ve uploaded a couple of photos of inside the shed, it’s hard because I’ve have taped up foam insulation on the inside I’ve remove some to show you. The shed is like new the floor is also like new because I have a heavy cover on the floor and mats too. You can view the shed if you prefer.
Please view my previous messages the shed is priced very fairly it’s relatively new and the floor (which had to be bought separately) was an add-on an extra cost when buying the shed itself. See all the photos I’ve uploaded showing the shed and floor prices, the prices are ex-vat too!
