This means that ordinary tile cement is inadequate for sealing tiles in place. This adhesive has been tested to 1000 degree celcius. As such it is resistant to this temperature. Each tube can cover approximately 300ml per 0.125 square metre. Using a heat resistant cement has many benifits than a regular joiner. Firstly, there is excellent adhesion to most building materials. This silicone has an easy application, thanks to its easy to use tube. It is also available in a larger 5kg tub for tradesmen. This sealant is used for applications in areas such as fixing tiles in areas subject to high temperatures. Also used in fire surrounds, behind boilers and behind ranges, cookers and radiators. We recommend storing the Vitcas Tile Ahesive in a cool dry place between 5 and 25 degrees. In case of any doubt the temperature should be checked in the area of proposed application. If it exceeds 1000 degrees, do not use this.

Using a heat resistant sealant has many benifits than a regular syle, it has excellent adhesion to most building materials. As it comes in a simple to use tube, this silicone has an easy application. This sealant shows excellent physical properties. It forms a durable, flexible joint. Which is unaffected by exposure to sunlight, snow and ozone. This seal will remain resistant for many years after application. We recommend storing the Vitcas board adhesive in a cool dry place between 5 and 25 degrees. In case of any doubt the temperature should be checked in the area of proposed application. If it exceeds 300 C, Vitcas Black Fire Cement should be used

This adhesive is tested to 750 degree C and is resistant to this temperature. Each tube can cover almost 18 metres, a more specific guide can be found in the coverage tab. You can find application instructions in the tab above. We recommend storing the Vitcas Filler in a cool dry place between 5 and 25 degrees. Please ensure that the lid is replaced properly after each use. Under these conditions the shelf life should be a minimum of 12 months.

The Appliance Adapter is a great piece of equipment, especially for those moving into an older home which may have had other connections before purchase. 3 The Vitcas Fire Resistant Vermiculite Board is available in two styles, brick effect or plain. Fire Resistant Vermiculite Board is refractory to 1100C with very good insulation properties. Its applications include in fireplaces, stoves, heaters, boilers, vessels, tanks, or wood-fired ovens. Vermiculite is a naturally occurring non-toxic material. It contains no asbestos, which ensure it is not harmful to install. There are aluminium and magnesium silicate properties within. The board can be cut easily tools like a hand saw or a drill. Vermiculite Fire Resistant Boards can be sawn, drilled and sanded to suit the size that you need. The boards measure 100cm x 60cm x 2cm Common uses for Fire Resistant Vermiculite Boards are as a heat shield. To replace a register plate above a free standing stove. Some customers replace firebricks for the inside of a stove.

3 The Fire Resistant Paint from the Vitcas range is resistant up to 800 degrees. Available in 5 colours, Red, Cream, Silver, Black and White! Vitcas Fire Resistant Paint is suitable for use on stoves, furnaces, pipes or barbecues. The temperature resistant paint is made using a silicon resin. Application is easy, as the paint comes in an aerosol. Each can contains 400ml of spray paint. It is available in five colours, sure to suit to colour of your stove or furnace. The can will cover up to approx. 1.5 squared metres. Its formulation will ensure a sleek, decorative finish. Essential for covering any chips or cracks to your stove. Alternatively to give a new lease of life to your old BBQ. Painting your equipment with Vitcas Fire Resistant Paint will also mean it is protected against corrosion for the outside elements.

3 This Vitcas Fire Cement is a high quality ready mixed fire cement Our Black Vitcas Fire cement is formulated for patching and repairing firebricks, fireplaces, solid fuel ovens and boilers. This cement is tested to 1250 degree C and is asbestos free. The cement is used for building with bricks and heatproof mortar for indoor applications. Our Black Fire Cement is applied in applications where smoke, heat or fumes are escaping. It is applied to solid fuel appliances, gas cookers, stove sand rangers, central heating systems and boilers. This cement is found in the repair of fire backs, jointing internal flue pipes and on all structures subject to temperatures of up to 1250C. This product should not be used as a fireplace screed, render, on barbecues or for other outdoor applications.

3 6m 5Inch The Flexi Flue Kit has all the elements needed to connect your stove. The Flexi Flue Kit has a double skinned Flue, Top Plate & Clamp, Flex to Single Wall Flue Adapter & Rain Cap. This flexible liner is suitable for relining within a masonry chimney. It can be used for multi fuel stoves which burn gas, oil, coal, coke, dry cured logs, seasoned peat or even smokeless fuels. Installing a flexible liner is a great way of minimizing the risk of a chimney fire. Using the Vitcas Leak Sealer can help you avoid costly repairs, While solving pressure loss issues in your central heating system. Use it for sealing small inaccessible leaks and weeping joints in central heating systems. This solution will not block valves or air vents or the pump. A soft seal will form after 1-24 hours of entering the primary circuit. The Vitcas Leak Sealer can be used with all other water treatment products in your system. Central heating systems should also be regularly cleaned with Vitcas Central Heating System Cleaner. The Leak Sealer should be added separately. You can find the user manual on the tab above!
