1894 Sterling Silver Cut Glass Decanter

Here is a truly stunning sterling silver (not plated) Art Nouveau cut glass decanter..It was produced in Birmingham in 1894 by Norton and White(1887-1906) of New Hall street..It is beautiful in every way and is in the manner of Christopher Dresser.The cut cut glass is immaculate,with no chips cracks or repairs.The silver carries full assay marks in three places..all of which are very clean and legible.The top needs very very slight fettling to have it sit on flush..It measures 7.5" tall including the silver finial and over 7" wide including the handle.It can comfortably hold just under a liter of liquid..This is a superb Investment piece and it is being offered at a very keen asking price.I will include very safe packing and registered post in the asking price.Thanks for looking please check out my other ads.
