Antique French Jumelle Elliptique Opera Glasses Field Glasses

Original antique French "Jumelle Elliptique" opera glasses dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s.
Approx. 9 cm high and 10 cm wide.
The glasses are complete with both lenses present. You can see through them and the central focusing wheel still turns. Sold as an antique collectible and decorative display piece. The exterior covering shows age-related wear and corrosion consistent with age.
A lovely piece of French optical history, ideal for collectors of scientific instruments, opera glasses, antiques, steampunk décor, or Victorian/Edwardian memorabilia.
Condition: Antique used condition with wear, corrosion and age-related marks as shown in the photos.
