A very rare antique Art Deco novelty item. This is the base only of the famous Joy Bell handbell cocktail shaker made by luxury maker Asprey London in 1937.

Excellent condition with no dents. Silver plating is pristine with a brilliant shine. Great replacement part or premium decor piece.
