Ideal to use in case of power off cut as well to boil water for your tea or coffee (as I did) or even heating meals up in it. Probably can be used for cooking as well if power is off

1 shows it with Lid which has to be taken off by using it.
In one the holes in it are completely closed, means as well, doesn't do anything
In 1 photo holes are half open, means medium k8nd of heat

@canjo Hi, yes, it is simply, easy and cheap to run with just a tealight in the k8nd of burner. Might sound crazy, but it works perfectly. I used it last time than we has power off cut for hours, visitors called and I wanted to offer them coffee. Couldn't use the kettle, put tealight in burner, water in pot. If I remember right it took 3 minutes till water was boiling. People in Germany for instance fill mostly for New Years Eve pot up with oil, put small pieces of meat on special long Forks, dip them in the oil for short while till it it is well done, take it out then, dip it in sauce and eat it. I was always fascinated by it. Never expected that it works that well.

@canjo Hi again, so sorry said something wrong. You can get those pots and burner in 2 different kinds. 1 with tealight as I said and the other kind you have to put a bit of fluid in and lite it, lid of it is the regulator for the heat. Can take photos of it tomorrow to add them.
Sorry again, I had the 2 different types, the one with tealight is already gone. My apologies
