Vintage Solid Brass Fireplace Companion Set 5 Piece

Beautiful vintage solid brass fireside companion set, perfect for adding a touch of classic character to any open fire, log burner, or hearth.

This is a complete, original 5-piece set featuring a uniquely styled Arts & Crafts / Art Nouveau influenced stand with elegant circle-and-bar lattice cutouts and an upper alignment loop.

Includes all 4 matching tools with heavy, beautifully turned baluster ball-finial handles:

• Fire Poker: For adjusting logs or coal chunks.

• Log/Coal Tongs: Strong spring-arch design with distinctive three-pronged claw ends for heavy lifting.

• Ash Shovel: Wide, flat scoop for easy hearth cleanup.

• Hearth Brush: Shielded dome shroud with sturdy bristles for sweeping away stray ash.

Condition: Good vintage condition. It has a beautiful natural patina with some characterful tarnish and soot staining near the joints/handles, which can be easily polished up with Brasso if you prefer a high-shine, bright gold finish.

• Price: €65

• Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare Collection preferred, or can arrange local meetup, can be posted at buyers expense
