Selling a legendary 11/2006 "Made in Italy" Gaggia Classic. This is the coveted pre-2015 model featuring the full-size 3-way solenoid valve and factory brass group head—regarded by coffee enthusiasts as vastly superior to later revisions.

Rocker switches, almost entirely metal internals, infinitely upgradeable and serviceable (Gaggiuino, PID if you ever want it).

The machine has been meticulously maintained, fed almost exclusively on low-scale soft water, routinely descaled with aluminum-safe product, and backflushed regularly with Cafiza.

It comes fully upgraded and dialed in, making it a complete ready-to-go setup for a home barista—no extra accessories needed. Full working condition, ready to pull shots.

KEY UPGRADES
- OPV set to exactly 9 bar (from the stock 14 bar), tuned precisely using a portafilter manometer
- Rancilio Silvia V2 steam wand, full commercial-style wand for microfoam (replaces the original stock plastic wand, provided as well)
- Stainless steel shower holder, replaces the original aluminum one, better heat retention and durability
- Silicone group head gasket, that won't bake or leak like the original rubber gasket, and probably last forever

No PID - electronics are completely untouched, no drilling, no wiring modifications. Easy to PID later if you want to, or the other popular mods such as the Gaggiuino.

INCLUDED
- 3 portafilters: double spout, and bottomless/naked, so you can use multiple baskets simultaneously
- 5 baskets: original single + double, replacement single + double, and a 21g triple
- Heavyweight 58mm professional tamper, wooden handle
- 2 spare silicone gaskets (new) - you probably won't ever need to replace it though
- 1 spare shower screen new

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE
Always used in a soft water area with basically no scale, and still descaled regularly on top of that (just in case). Backflushed routinely with Cafiza. Cosmetically good for its age with normal wear on the casing.
