Description

I’m selling my 2007 Gaggia Classic, a fantastic, workhorse of a machine that is particularly well-suited for Gaggimate or Gaggiuino modifications.

It has been well cared for, regularly backflushed, and run exclusively on filtered soft water. I have also descaled it routinely using only appropriate solutions.

The grouphead gasket was recently replaced, and I’m including a spare as well. The machine features an upgraded steam wand for better milk texture, though the original Pannarello wand is included if you prefer it.

- Second portafilter with pressure gauge (for adjusting pressure)
- Low-profile drip tray
- OEM Single, Double, and Backflush basket
- Tamper and cleaning brush

I’m only selling it as I was gifted a new espresso machine recently. Everything is in great working order and ready to go.

Hi, is this just the Classic (as opposed to the classic V2, etc?)
Did you make any changes to the pressure valve?

@sSmokeydabeaRr yes this is the original classic, pressure is changed by turning the screwing on the opv inside the machine, with the portafilter with the pressure gauge attached. I have set it to 9 bar. The newer machines require toi
