The electric motor makes rolling dough especially convenient as both hands remain free to guide and handle the dough. The machine can also be used manually with the supplied handle.

I used the roller not only for fresh pasta, but also for rolling dough sheets for ravioli, dumplings and similar dishes. It gives very even, consistent results and is extremely easy to work with.
