The Ninja Luxe Café Premier Series is a Ninja coffee machine that covers espresso, filter coffee and cold brew without needing separate appliances. Whether you want a quick double espresso in the morning or a jug of cold brew ready for the evening, the ES601KBK handles all three from whole beans through to the finished drink. Its black and stainless steel finish fits neatly into most kitchen layouts.

Barista Assist Technology takes the guesswork out of grinding:

The built-in conical burr grinder offers 25 grind settings, and Barista Assist Technology guides you to the right grind size for each brewing style - recommending the optimal setting based on the drink you have selected. A built-in scale doses the correct weight of coffee automatically, and the spring-loaded Assisted Tamper and funnel distribute the grounds evenly before brewing.

Hands-free milk frothing with four presets:

The Dual Froth System steams and whisks milk simultaneously, producing four results: Steamed Milk, Thin Froth, Thick Froth and Cold Foam. Each preset is selected at the touch of a button, so there is no need to monitor the milk while the espresso pulls. The milk container holds 230 ml, enough for a standard latte or cappuccino.

Cold brew in minutes rather than hours:

The Cold Brew function uses a pressure-extraction method to produce cold brew concentrate far quicker than an overnight steep. The Over Ice and Cold Brew drink styles are selectable alongside the standard espresso and filter options, giving seven cup sizes from 175 ml right up to 530 ml. Brewing temperature for hot drinks sits between 90°C and 96°C, delivered through a thermoblock at 19 bar of pressure.
