@Yamnick: The coffee machine has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance guidelines outlined in the user manual. Approximately two years ago, the brewing unit was replaced due to a manufacturing defect. It has been working flawlessly ever since and is currently in perfect working order.
