For the last number of years, as well as coaching at killaloe-ballina tennis club, i have been running hit and hope tennis. An initiative i set up to bring free tennis lessons and equipment to disadvantaged kids / refugee kids and kids affected by war and conflict in refugee camps, schools, detention centres and orphanages in the middle east, europe and africa. Over the last 7 years, i have travelled to over 8 countries, set up 12 programs in europe, middle east and africa and have taken 15 trips.
