@ali2014 Hi, I believe they do, but I will confirm this later when I am getting the measurements, around 12pm.

The measurements are 150cm (w) x 75cm (d) x 85cm (h). It appears the legs are attached by allen key bolts so could detach, though I have not tried this.

Precious buyer declined as there was a mark on right side of cushion. The cushion cover is removable, has been laundered and is now spotless, no mark at all.
