@paddygsale it’s over 2 years old but no visable stains etc and was kept in good condition.
Now vs original condition I would say 8/10 and we are only changing as it no longer suits the room
Yes, it comes from a smoke free environment but we do have a small dog - wasn’t allowed on the furniture but there is a small dog in the home

No worries at all I'm not going to get into a bidding war unfortunately I can organize a van for tomorrow if you want I'll match the 450 and take it all out of your way
I'm going to pass and pick one up from the site SLF24.ie different colours available it's a lovely sofa set but I only really need the two pieces and the 800 ish put me off I'm sure it done the same with the other offer
@paddygsale just to confirm, the total suite is just over 2,400 new , this is less than 3 years old and in great condition. The €800 for the whole suite was our hope so getting as close to that as possible was our goal . There was nothing untoward or hidden that was our honest goal at 33% of the price or as close to that as possible . But no problem at all
