​Selling a high-quality, premium dark brown leather L-shaped corner sofa. This was a very expensive couch when bought new, featuring a contemporary low-profile design, wide armrests, and square chrome block feet.
​Comes with a massive matching storage footstool/pouffe that features a hydraulic lift mechanism, perfect for storing extra blankets or pillows.

​Condition & TLC Needed:
This couch was unfortunately stored away poorly, so it needs a bit of care, which is reflected in the low price.
​Leather: Structurally perfect with no sagging, but the leather is dry and shows significant cosmetic wear, creasing, and fading from storage. It will come up beautifully with a good leather conditioner/restorer balm.
​Legs: There is surface rust on the chrome feet that needs a clean/polish.
​There is also a tiny scuff on the back piping.
