Could you let me know if the chaise can be moved to the left-hand side, or is it fixed on the right? Also, what's the depth from the back of the sofa to the front of the chaise? Thanks.

@b.soro: Hi! Yes no problem.

The chaise can be moved to either side, there are fixtures under the sofa to secure it on both sides.

The depth from back of the sofa to the end of the chaise is about 150cm.

Thanks!

@b.soro: Hi there! I've had two other offers also for €200 - let me know if you're able to go any higher! Giving your first refusal as you got in first. Thanks, Aoife

@AnthonyHayden: Hi Anthony, sorry I've already had three offers for the asking price so I can't except your offer at this time.

b.soro about a day ago

Hi Aoife - thank you! Much appreciated. Yes, I'm happy to offer above the current asking price. Adverts won't let me make a higher offer, when I try to do that it says "Sorry, you can't offer above the ad's asking price of €200". So if you want to increase the asking price from your side, I will make the offer.
