@ychepy: The normal procedure is if you are interested in purchasing an item then you make an offer. If your offer is accepted then you arrange to purchase the item from the seller at the agreed price. If for any reason you are not happy with the item when you come to purchase it then you can always change your mind. It would be helpful if you were to indicate where you live in your profile because otherwise you may end up making a long journey only to change your mind.
