Most Comfy Sofa Bed Eveerrr

This couch is so incredibly comfortable and in almost perfect condition!! Only getting rid because it's facing the wrong way for our new space :(

They're are no stains, its got a stain resistant coating on it to prevent future stains, no smoking, no pet, no shoes house!!

The stuffing/foam is still absolutely perfect. Its the best couch to settle in to for an evening of chats, TV, books, or games.

Again, we are so sad to have to get rid of it.

It has a fold out small double bed that is in impeccible condition. Full disclosure a mattress topper will make it more comfortable, which we always just left on it when folding it up. My parents, who are in their 60's, were super comfortable on it when they came to visit!

The ottoman is perfect for storing cosy blankets or bedding for the fold out bed!

I'm jealous of whoever takes this absolute beauty!
