@niamh hand: Thanks for your post. How did he scam you? I was a little suspicious of his communications.
Said his wife was interested and if I could contact her and sent me her number. She said she would be interested and since they lived far away she would organise a courier to collect it. Sent an “a post” link which said I had to verify my account which required €200 to be on my card. I tried to do it 3 times because the chat thing said it was incorrect. And then to get a refund I would have to top up another €200. Will be reporting to Garda. Have filed reports with Revolut and bank also.
