​Items Included:

​3-Seater Brown Leather Sofa: Deep, comfortable seating with a nicely aged patina. Shows noticeable scuffing/wear on the left seat cushion surface, but structurally sound with plenty of comfort left.

​Matching Brown Leather Armchair: Very solid and supportive armchair in matching dark brown leather with natural surface wear.

​Cream/Off-White Reclining Armchair: Features a manual fold-out footrest. Comfortable and smooth reclining mechanism with some minor cosmetic wear. (Note: Dog not included!)

​Condition: Pre-loved set with visible cosmetic wear to the leather finish, but no major structural issues. Perfect for a rental property, playroom, man cave, or someone handy with a leather touch-up kit.

​Collection: Free to whoever can pick up first. You will need a van and a second person to help carry, as these are sturdy, substantial pieces.
