Vintage Mid Century Hardwood Settee Frame — Arts & Crafts Style.

Solid hardwood two-seater settee frame, likely oak or elm, dating to around the 1920s–40s. Features a beautifully shaped slatted back with carved wing-style side panels, flat paddle armrests, and chunky turned corner finials — full of character and very hard to find in such good condition.

Frame is solid and structurally sound. No wood worm. Seat straps are in good order and webbing could be removed or replaced before adding cushions. See photos for dimensions.

Hi there,
I'm really interested in this lovely settee frame. I’m checking the logistics for transport—looking at the photos, it appears to have tusk tenon joints (the wooden pegs on the sides). Do you know if the frame can be easily disassembled, or are the joints glued/fixed in place?
