Seiko LandShark

For sale is my Seiko 5 Sports Land Shark, also known as the Seiko Atlas, reference SKZ211K1.

A distinctive and increasingly sought-after model from Seiko's older 5 Sports collection, featuring a bold black dial, yellow hands, rotating compass ring and substantial stainless steel case.

Powered by the reliable Seiko 7S36 23-jewel automatic movement, with day/date display and 200m water resistance rating from new.

The watch is in very good overall condition for its age and running extremely well. Recently tested on a timegrapher, showing an excellent reading of approximately -1 second per day in the tested position, with 243° amplitude and 0.7ms beat error.

There is a noticeable mark on the bezel near the 5-minute marker, clearly shown in the photographs. Otherwise, the watch presents very nicely with normal signs of careful use.

Comes with its original Seiko box, original reference tag confirming SKZ211K1, and spare bracelet link. The box has some damage as pictured.

These older Land Shark models are becoming harder to find, particularly with their original accessories.

A fantastic addition to any Seiko collection, with plenty of character and wrist presence.

Water resistance has not been pressure tested.
