"The express letter service both nationally ad internationally was replaced by a new priority letter service, Swiftpost, on 20th January. Swiftpost items must be handed in at post offices and the service incorporated a pre-printed proof of posting certification."

The proof of posting receipt is incorporated as a tear-off item attached to the envelope flap.
