If I were to arrange the shipping myself with a courier who’d attach labels on collection, would that change things? Appreciate that still means packing the parcel but if I do all the shipping side, does it make things easier?

Sorry for my delay, I've been so busy with work today. Ok great, yes I don't need the shade so if it makes it easier for packing I'm happy to pay your asking for the base only. But of course, if you also just want the shade gone I'm happy to leave for you to decide which it better for you.

I'd need to book a collection from you, when would you next be available and will have had the time to pack the parcel please?
