No need for expensive groundwork. Simple tow on site,lower the stabilizer legs and you are ready to go. They plug into a garden hose for water,an outdoor socket for electricity and use a standard gas bottle. All caracabins come with a fitted kitchen,central heating,media wall and a bathroom with shower. They are very warm inside throughout the year and are perfect for long term living. No planning permission is as they are classed as a caravan and under 24sqm. They are approximately 2.4m x 8m in size. Call or whatsapp me for more info and availability.
