Large, attractive Oak dining table with 8 matching chairs, ideal for a family dining room or entertaining.

The table measures approximately 2.20m long x 1.00m wide when closed and extends to approximately 3.10m long, comfortably seating up to 12 people.

The set includes:

* 6 standard dining chairs for the sides
* 2 larger chairs for the heads of the table
* Large extending Oak table
* Seats 8 normally and up to 12 when extended

The set is approximately 10 years old and in good overall condition. The table surface could benefit from a light varnish/refinish to bring it back to its best, but it is a solid and very usable dining set.
