@Nolan25: FROM GOOGLE: Very few modern apps still work on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat) because modern secure web certificates and API requirements have moved past it. However, older lightweight utility tools, offline media players, and basic open-source file managers can still run via sideloading or legacy repositories.
