1) I have added a couple of images of the main mirror. There is no damage whatsoever this item, it is in excellent condition, the same for the mirror.. 2) There is a 25mm and 10mm sirius Plössl eyepiece and red dot finder with it.3) It was bought new in 2022 and used lightly in that summer and has been idle since.
