It's a bit high, I'd be comparing it to a CK9 flex 4m which list price would be €140 approx.
This would be the torch I'd be substituting.
I generally wouldn't be paying list price for something on adverts even if it's new as I can claim the vat back on a commercial purchase and I have a guarantee.

That's where I'm coming from on the price.
€75 would be my hard limit on a torch like this.
