For sale 12” professional diamond wet cutting blade, disc for porcelain, granite, marble, basalt, ceramic, tiles and stone.
This blade was made for Italian porcelain factory and has top industrial quality.
We have 6 different types of this blade (see picture No.2) for difference application.
Thickness of blades are:
1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, ,2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8, 3.0, 3.2, 3.5, 4.0, 4.8, 5.0, 6.0mm
Also this blades have diamond layer height – 10mm
As this blade made for big industrial machine, the hole diameter is 60mm and just some have bore hole 25.4, 32 , 50 and 70mm, but we have adaptors for all sizes.
Also this blades have different grits:
70-80, 80-100, 100-120, 120-140, 140-170. 170-200, 200-230 grit
the bigger grit the faster cut, the smaller grit the finer cut, big grit doesn’t make any chips but for some special application like make non-slip grooves at the edge of steps, make perfect mosaic from big porcelain and stone tiles - you have to use smaller grits.
There is no labels on the tiles, only stickers with blade details: diameter, thickness, height of diamond layer and bore hole, part number and grit of diamond layer and the direction of rotation.
A lot of blades are covered with protective layer on the top. We have 2 types of blade: 1st – continuous rim 2nd continuous rim with laser slot for faster cutting.
This blade has very long lifetime.

Some blade are flanged and have bigger weight, some blade thick and quite heavy as well – it can make some changes in postage price so contact me before buying.
