Soft start module - soft start - for slow start for power tools. By reducing starting current, the module eliminates sudden jerks and initial heavy overload in power tools, thanks to which we save device components (rotor, bearings, gears, etc.). Suitable for starting any AC brushed (commutator) motor.

Suitable for all grinders, drills or other machines with a brush motor: Bosch, Metabo, Hilti, Celma, Makita, Sparky, BASS, Topex, Velena, Pegazus, Power Tech, Toya, etc.

Wiring:

A goes to 230V Mains zero (N).

A also goes to your motor providing mains zero (N).

B goes to 230V Mains hot (L).

C goes to the motor applying soft start (L).

If you want to use a switch, put it in series between Mains hot and B. If the switch is DP one (double pole - recommended), use it for both Mains source wires.

If mains is not connected as above, the motor won't start.

If any doubts, reach out to your electrician. 230V Mains may cause life-threatening electric shock!
