Things to note before buying:

This model does not have a transparent window.

Rear fan is removed.

Front of case has a small crack (can been seen in photo)

The fan controller is gone (+ and - buttons no longer work to speed the fans up or slow the down) meaning you will have to attach fans to motherboard or install a new fan controller, this doesn't mean the fans do not work rather the controller to control the manual speed of the fans has failed.

One of the wires for the LED light for one of the front fans has detached (head ripped off), the connecter is still there and the led works for the fan if you can connect the led wire to the head, the other fans (top front fan) red led works perfect.

Comes with installed 3.5 Cd drive which is also a RW drive, however the the eject button is faulty, it might take two presses to eject media but other than that it reads and writes without issues.
