• Is it completely brand new and unused, or is it ex-display / graded / returned stock?
• Is it still factory sealed and does it have any cosmetic damage?
• Will I receive a proper VAT receipt/proof of purchase showing the date of purchase?
• You mention a 12-month guarantee and full factory 2 and 5-year warranty — can you confirm exactly how the warranty works and whether I can register the appliance directly with Bosch in my own name?

@Dubcell hi, Yes to all the questions asked new display models full manufacturers guarantee cones with a car receipt from ourselves. We are a store not a private seller
