Hi! Just wanted to ask a few quick technical questions before arranging a visit, as many sellers don't fully realize how a heat-pump system should properly operate:
What is the reason for selling?
Does it complete a normal full drying cycle in around 1.5 to 2 hours leaving clothes completely dry, without getting stuck on the timer for 3–4+ hours?
When you start a cycle, does the drum get noticeably hot within the first 10–15 minutes of operation?
Can we run a quick 10–15 minute test when I come to pick it up to verify that it generates proper heat and starts adjusting the time?
