Hi! how are you? I have a quick question for you & can oy ask it via a comment. I have an LG 47LB580V TV. The backlights failed, so I bought replacements via ali express and i stalled them last night. The bulbs on the strips seemed a lot smaller than the ones I got from you a few years ago & when I turned the tv on: the picture appeared with continuous white lines moving up the screen. Do you have any advice on what caused this and a fix please?

@skippermax1 small lamps should work the same like big, need check ribon cables for good conection.
