In addition to that, you should consider it aesthetically in 99.9% like new looking condition, no scratches or marks of any kind on the screen panel or on the body/frame etc.
Screen has no image burn in or image retention flaws of any kind, perhaps because the TV wasn't used extensively or often thoughout the years of ownership.
