42 inch tv, was working great until today. Think it's a problem with the board, it powers on briefly then switches off.

Might be an easy fix, or could be used for parts.

Google is your friend... Tap in issue.. TV powers on then shuts off you will get basic 'fix' that you may not have thought to try
