Do you have the remote control for this??

dalynaj 6 months ago

@Seosamh27: Yes, I have the remote control. It is pictured in the final photo of the rear of the TV. The remove is in perfect / like new condition.

Would you do 100?

Seosamh27 6 months ago

Where abouts in cork are you??

dalynaj 6 months ago

@Seosamh27: Normally I'm in Cork city centre every few days. Or I could meet in Blackpool or Wilton shopping centre, whichever of those would be easiest for you. Or anywhere else around the north side of Cork city. And also I'm in Mallow regularly just in case that suited you better. If you want to offer €115, I'll accept it and you can PM me then. Thanks.

Hi is this tv still for sale and does it have saorview built into the tv

dalynaj 1 month ago

@mr.barcoe: It has Freeview but not Saorview. It is still available.

mr.barcoe 1 month ago

Ok what I really want to know does RTE work on it with a small aerial plug in behind it because if a television is a certain age maybe RTE won’t work without a separate saorview box Did you try working Irish channels on it with free view with aerial

dalynaj 1 month ago

@mr.barcoe: I never even used it once for a TV signal. I only ever used it to connect to a Nintendo GameCube console. I don't think RTE will work properly with a small aerial because it is not a Saorview TV. But if you have a dedicated Saorview box, then the Saorview box will connect to the TV's HDMI port, and then RTE will work perfectly. Also, if you have a SkyHD box - that will also connect perfectly to the HDMI connector on the TV and all the channels that you subscribe to will work perfectly.
