Brand new classic chef’s knife from Wüsthof in 20cm length. It was gifted to me for my birthday. I tried it out on a couple of soft pears but the edge is still immaculate. Very sharp, high quality knife, just not quite right for my hands. I tore the package so can’t return to the store. Retails for €122 at Nesbits.ie so get yourself a deal on a brand new knife.
