The knife is made by a small independent workshop rather than a large commercial manufacturer.

The blade is made from Ginsan (Silver 3) stainless steel with an approximate hardness of 58–60 HRC, offering a good balance of sharpness, edge retention and ease of maintenance.

- What is the exact manufacturer or workshop name?
- Is the blade made in Japan or elsewhere?
- What is the approximate weight of the knife?

Unfortunately I do not have a formal manufacturer or workshop name, as the knife was supplied as an unbranded piece from a small independent workshop.
