Selling my 1972 Triumph 2000 mk2.
Original 2l inline 6 cylinder (straight 6) engine with stromberg carburetors
Engine runs smooth and sounds fantastic, with its distinctive smooth growl, body in good condition considering its age.
It is having clutch issues in that the clutch doesn't release to change gear with engine on. I can start the car in any gear with engine off, so can be driven onto a trailer.
Reluctant sale due to lack of time to get her back on the road again. It's time to let someone else to enjoy.

@ads15 not an overdrive gearbox. There's rust in places but nothing structural that I can see.

@ads15 from the picture of the engine bay, where the bonnet hinges are, that would be the worst panel for rust

@ColeH yes, I've replaced the slave cylinder with new and reconditioned the master cylinder. There is air in the system which i cant fully remove
Price reduced to €2750.
Still in same condition as regards gearbox, haven't had time to troubleshoot further.
I am open to potential buyer attempting to get going before having to commit to trailering away. Agreed price between us won't change if you do get it going.
