Is it still available?. Any idea why some nuts are missing? Was it stripped and just put back togather? Any history on it?

No history, I bought it as part of a lot, I only needed the other parts.
Surely it was open over the years, it’s missing a rod.
I’m about to strip it, make a €1offer and tell me what you need
