Twenty-three years after it first saw the light of day, Arab Strap’s debut album The Week Never Starts Round Here has been remastered and was released in 2019 on Chemikal Underground, the Scottish independent label behind the 1996 original.

Recorded on the outskirts of Glasgow at MCM – where labelmates Mogwai and The Delgados also recorded their debuts and which would become the first iteration of Chemikal Underground’s sister operation Chem19 – the master tapes have been meticulously refreshed by original recording engineer Paul Savage, whose credits include Mogwai, Franz Ferdinand, Deacon Blue and The Twilight Sad, for this special vinyl edition.

Items held in good faith for 48 Hours but exchange to be arranged in that time. After 48 Hours, items will only be held with a 50% deposit is paid.

LPs are not guaranteed held until Offer (not PM) is accepted.
Any communications must be responded to, within 24hrs or items will be released.
Cash or Revolut preferably, however if not possible all transaction fees (PayPal) must be paid by the buyer. Please use PayPal’s Friends And Family option.

All Items are from a personal collection, stored upright and in excellent conditions. All items, vinyls & sleeves are cleaned, visually inspected and LPs / records / CDs are played (partially or completely) prior to been giving ratings & comments, before LPs/CDs listed.

LP’s come with plastic sleeve cover.

Discounts may be given for multiple items purchased. No offers below asking price will be accepted on open forum and any deals, multiple or not, must be via Direct Message / Private Message.

Postage is available on limited conditions:

P&P at buyers risk is €6, this is a A Post pre-paid padded envelope. Records will be wrapped in cardboard, etc and sent via normal post. Any loss or damage is completely at buyers risk.

P&P for LPs Registered will be approximately €13 (Depending on weight).

Boxsets or multiple items may be more.

CD’s can be sold separately.
Registered post for CD’s in cases is approximately €10.00
P&P (at buyers risk) for a CD is approximately €4.95, or €3 without case/tray. Additional CDs may increase cost and the above A Post prepaid padded envelope may be a better option.
