Conducted by Stanford Robinson with the Pro Arte Orchestra, this collection celebrates the light theatrical melodies that were hugely popular during the Edwardian era. Lionel Monckton was one of the leading composers of musical comedy in the early 1900s, with many of his songs associated with London theatre productions of the period.
