This seems to be an authentic advanced promo copy, same print as yellow comercial but on plain white background label.

Dead wax inscription matches the stampers used for the first commercial run of the 1981 SUN 1006 release.

Mpo on a vinyl record means it was pressed or plated by MPO (Moulage Plastique de l'Ouest), a major French manufacturing and pressing plant.

Even though this record was managed and distributed by the UK Sun Record Company (Charly Records), they contracted the actual manufacturing and vinyl pressing to the MPO plant in France. This was very common for UK labels in the 1980s.
